3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans:

Payment:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

Cancellation:

6. Refund Policy

SaaS Web Applications:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with our service.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your original purchase date and have used less than 50% of the service's core features.
  • Renewals: Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges.
  • Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

Mobile Applications:

  • App Store Purchases: For purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are subject to their respective refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests.
  • In-App Purchases: In-app purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of technical issues or billing errors.
  • Subscription Trials: If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary.

Refund Request Process:

  • Submit your refund request via email to contact@whyandkei.com with your order number and reason for the request
  • Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom development services
  • Consulting hours already rendered
  • Third-party service fees
  • Discounted or promotional subscriptions

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Why&Key Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content:

You retain ownership of content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.

Support:

We provide technical support to paid subscribers. Support response times vary by subscription plan.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Why&Key Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Why&Key Group from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
